Say hello to the new My Patients tab! It brings all sent review invitations and patient verification requests in one place. Dentists can now easily access and manage patient communication directly from their homepage:
- See at a glance all sent invitations and received requests
- Accept/ reject and review pending requests
- Check the status of patient invitations
- Quickly access each review directly from the invitation
Invite patients for a review or get a request to unlock this feature.
REVIEW VERIFICATION REQUEST
If you’ve submitted a standard review, without an invitation from your dentist, you can now request verification for you account when you’re done writing and get rewarded, when your dentist has confirmed your status as legitimate patient that has visited them. That’s your case? Then hop on to the platform and request verification to receive your reward!

Over 48% of all respondents would prefer implant-supported dental bridges, while only 26% seem to be in favor of traditional ones.
