MABB Biomaterial Manufacturer, Argentina Joins the Dentacoin Network

MABB produces large amounts of precision parts at a very low per-unit cost using Ceramic Injection Molding (CIM) technology. The revolutionary CIM process gives manufacturers the possibility of producing parts similar in shape to those available in plastic, while at the same time taking advantage of the advanced nanoceramics resistance and inertness. Their technology, along with the raw materials used, translate into a revolution in the way implantable medical devices of complex shapes are made, which were very difficult or even impossible to produce until now due to their high hardness and fragility during the process.
On the other hand, the CIM technology incorporated in MABB allows the production of pieces with reentrant angles, blind holes, internal and external threads, profiles of complex surfaces, perpendicular holes and intricate cavities in a single step and without intermediate processes.
Dentacoin Implemented by MABB
The forward thinking inherent in MABB’s CEO Daniel Miguez naturally led him to Dentacoin. From now on the innovative manufacturing company will start accepting DCN for their products, thus expanding the currency application field even further. We sat down with MABB’s CEO, Daniel Miguez to discuss the potential of both the project and our cooperation:
“I believe that in 10 years more than 30% of humanity will be using crypto-currencies and blockchain processes, so, Dentacoin has an enormous opportunity to establish itself as a leading e-platform that enables patients, dental professionals, dental clinics, technical laboratories, distributors and the industry that supply the elements and together with MABB, among others, use Dentacoin to accelerate or facilitate the access to a better oral health to all humanity, regardless of social classes.”
Mr. Miguez also shared the five main aspects of the future cooperation between MABB and Dentacoin:
- Accepting dental laboratory payments in Dentacoin
- Expanding the value chain to their suppliers and strategic partners
- Applying Dentacoin to medical charity, volunteering and development causes
- Allowing investors to enter their road shows totally, or partially with Dentacoin
- Combining efforts in improving people’s welfare globally and pursuing the 17 UN objectives.
When asked about how he sees the future of dentistry, Daniel responded that:
“An emerging trend is the digital transformation, blockchain, crypto-currencies and 4.0 industry revolution that will lower the cost of dental implant surgeries in the next 5 years significantly, from an average of $5 000 to $1 000 or less in the USA, and from €3 000 to €600 or less in Europe, and less than $400usd in emerging countries in Latin America, Asia, and Africa. This will allow an increase of toothless people that have access to dental implants, from the current 5% to more than 30% of the population. So, a total revolution is coming very soon.”
