New profile strength bar and more opportunities for patients to contribute!
July 23, 2019: We are excited to introduce the latest functionalities added to Dentacoin Trusted Reviews this month! Inspired by our core value for patient-centered dental care, the updates introduce new ways for patients to contribute, verify their feedback, and earn rewards for their input. Furthermore, a new profile progress bar facilitates dentists and patients to explore and get the most of their experience with Trusted Reviews.
Add your dentist & earn reward
Can’t find your dentist on Trusted Reviews? Not a problem! Patients can now add their dentist to the directory and get rewarded with up to 2500 DCN for each real entry. As always, new entries undergo a comprehensive review and approval by Dentacoin onboarding team to guarantee the authenticity of listed dental practices. Moreover, dental practices, added by patients, have the opportunity to claim their listing and start managing their Trusted Reviews page.
Request review verification
Patients don’t have to wait anymore for a review invitation by their dentist to earn rewards for their feedback. With this new feature, they are able to ask to be verified as a real patient right after submitting a review. Upon verification from the dentist, real patients get the reward for a Trusted Review.
Profile strength scale for dentists and patients
Both patients and dentists are provided with a user-friendly profile strength indicator, which helps them discover the full potential and get the most of the platform. The profile strength bar guides Trusted Reviews users to improve performance, introduces useful features and other Dentacoin tools. For instance, dentists are presented with recommendations for steps to boost their profile’s visibility, enhance their rankings, and attract more patients. The feature is available for all logged-in users at the bottom of their profile home page.
My Patients tab: all patient requests and invitations at a glance
The new My Patients section is designed for easy access and management of patient communication directly from the dentist’s homepage. It brings together all sent review invitations and received requests for verification. Dentists can review, accept or reject requests from the same section, check the status of patient invitations, and quickly access each review directly from the invitation. Dentists can unlock the feature by inviting patients for a review or receiving verification requests.
